This basement remodel looks cleaner and more functional with simple changes. Plumbing was updated and modernized and the old cast iron utility tub was replaced with an extra deep, fast draining composite utility tub. Not pictured: water heater was replaced with new dual parallel water heaters and new gas lines were run for the heater.
